Principles
This program was developed in line with our founding spirit of “Self-reliance and self-study”. Our goal is to foster nurses rich in education and humanity, flexible in thinking, and capable of thinking and acting for themselves; individuals capable of playing a pioneering role in society. Its goals are to foster the knowledge and practical skills required in nursing and to instill a sense of the highest ethical standards. Our wish is to foster nurses dedicated to protecting lives and human dignity by endowing them with the knowledge necessary to contribute to the development of society and nursing.
Educational Goals
- The ability to act in accordance with the highest ethical standards with respect for human life and dignity.
- The ability to make nursing decisions and provide care based on sound scientific knowledge.
- The ability to recognize the role of the nursing profession and acquire the foundation to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Fundamental Policy
Our basic policy is to provide a broad education and instill a highly developed sense of ethical standards with aim of nurturing richly humane individuals; nurses capable of empathizing with their patients. Our graduates are expected to constantly pursue the deepest meaning of what it is to be a nurse in society; to think for themselves; to be able to take action; and to constantly seek to develop in their chosen field.
